With reference to your letter of the 22nd September last, I beg to inform you that the Council have considered Ordinance

No.19 of 1913 passed by the Legislature of Hong Kong, a copy of which you enclosed, and I am directed to inform you that they have no observations to offer on this Ordinance beyond calling your attention to the fact that the name of "The Law Society" has now by Supplemental Charter of 1903 been sub- stituted for "The Incorporated Law Society". (see Sec.3.(2).).
